Dining Area

Open area with bay window seating onto 2m sq fixed window that’s cantilevered over the pool. Seat continues round to the Aneeta frameless window with the same custom made fitted cushion wrapping around. Opposite are 2 louvre windows for cross flow ventilation

Living area

Open area with custom designed low level TV cabinet using the same tones carried throughout the kitchen

Media Room

Large 4x4m luxuriously carpeted area with 2.4m x 1.5m New Guinea Rosewood translucent glass in-wall door with NGR reveals and P50 trim to extenuate the timber feature

Alfresco

Large covered area under a 7 x 6 floating roof, eliminating the corner post which would restrict view of golf coarse and restricted furniture settings. Using a post on the boundary and a post in the wall a U-Beam cantilevers out supporting the roof. Gyprock and square set ceiling approx. 3 – 3.6m high with MyLights downlights installed. External cedar window seat wraps around the main bedroom window. 7m Built-in BBQ using the same pure granite benchtop as used inside. Cut in Signature BBQ with custom designed ventilation as the BBQ setting is fully enclosed. Stainless steel bowl and tap running both hot and cold water. Face of BBQ. Cedar section in-front of BBQ with 2 Pac cupboards either side the length of the benchtop

Pool

Offset concrete shape to maximise the block with the dining room window cantilevering over the water. Blue Ice with white cement pebblecrete to tie in with the surroundings and keep a clean spacious feel to the pool. Metallic band tile around the waterline. Deck surround using Pacific Jarrah 140 x 19 decking the protrudes up the boundary wall over a 2.4m width and floats out on the roof structure

Garden

To rear and side using artificial grass with rock garden bed outside rear door and herb garden outside kitchen window splashback
