Walkway

Large 2m open walkway with low level floor lights connected to (as with all the lighting and air) Smart system My Lights which allows mood settings to be created using an App or the touchscreen pad fixed in the living area. Having the floor lights on the App will enable parents etc to create a low lighting mood setting to allow calm access when attending to a child through the night without the startling brightness usually experienced

Powder Room

The shape of this room was so much fun to interior design as the room tapers to nothing creating a 3m wall that closes in on you. We overcame this sensation by using light coloured tiles with an amazing circle pattern which draws you in yet carries depth. By partitioning the room we was able to hide a shower area behind the vanity which helps service the 4^th bedroom being the only bedroom without an Ensuite

Again using the timber Laminex Honey Elm for the custom made vanity and in-wall cistern for the toilet we created a spacious area

Walk in robe

Offset shape tapering towards the end of the 4m wall. Custom built fitted open wardrobe floor to 3m ceiling along the 4m length. 2 levels, Upper level with draw down bar for easy access for hanging shirts and pants up high. Lower section Full height to accommodate long dresses etc with a centre section of draws with open fronts for ventilation and visual
